A beautiful day in the Maruia valley. Lots of fun had by all.

Weekend

Sunday morning ride. Managed to get in 4 hours or so of riding before the weather packed up. Jacob finally got his ride in with dad. Even though he complained it was cold he had a great time riding and eating! Skye tried out her new bike, and went very well on it. Adam zoomed round the course chasing the cattle out of the way! Krystal was not her fastest this weekend... still not 100% But enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Now they are all kean to just ride bikes all holidays. I suggesteted they all get jobs instead!

Ikamatua

Found this cute little church and this fab tree at Ikamatua, on the way home on Sunday. The kids thought the tree was just so cool.

New teeth and more

Hi you all, there must be a song about new false teeth I think, anyway I am delighted with them, so here is a pic. Good to see the kitchen nearly finished, post a pic of the whole completed job won't you? We are both good, having another wet spell here, so we have something in common with you guys on the coast now, dag eh? The young woman Tracey who used to work for me has had her baby, will post a photo of him. Joshua Aaron, and proud mum and dad and grandma, born 18th Sept. So pretty new eh.

Jacob loved his puzzles.
He also got a little 2 wheeler bike
which was a big hit.
His favorite thing when he was two was ducks hence the duck cake.
